COMMUNICATION BOOKINGS CO-ORDINATOR

We require a professional and reliable Communication Bookings Co-ordinator. In this role you would be responsible for Zebra Uno's Booking system. This involves booking clients' requests for an LSP (i.e. Sign Language Interpreter, Note taker etc) and liaising with LSPs and communication support providers. We are looking for candidates with excellent communication and organisational skills, you should also be committed, enthusiastic, flexible and adaptable.
This role will include the following:
- Coordinating and processing bookings requests for LSPs working with Deaf and hard of hearing people.
- Administering Zebra's booking system and processing related paperwork.
- Being the first point of contact and dealing with enquiries related to communication.
- A knowledge of British Sign Language would be preferable but not essential.
Position: Full time (37.5 hours a week)
Contract: Permanent (3 month probation period)
